Andrei Balabin promised to help all injured employees of the company.
Andrei Balabin, Chairman of the "Fifth Element" shareholders meeting, addressed 3,000 of his employees. In a statement, he expressed his attitude to the events in Belarus and promised support to victims of the security forces in his company, office life reports.
"We are part of Belarus, since we live here and work, fully fulfilling all laws and obligations, and the company respects the rights of its employees, here we understand that each of them is a person," writes Andrei Balabin.
As a result of the protest movements after the elections, employees of the "Fifth Element" were also affected. The company is waiting for the allegations of violence to be sorted out in accordance with the law. Andrei Balabin urged all the victims not to be silent, promising them support and assistance. According to him, the "Fifth Element" has already joined the Belarusian Peace Fund, transferring funds to the security officials who suffered from the brutality.
Speaking about his position on the current political situation, Andrei Balabin notes: "Any conflicts must be resolved in a dialogue format, every citizen of the Republic of Belarus has the right to a personal choice, the use of violence is unacceptable in any of its manifestations."
