A Real Tornado Was Spotted In The South Of Belarus

A tornado was recorded in Zhytkovichi district of Homiel region. The meteoroid on July 27 was spotted and filmed by storm hunters. According to the telegram channel "Meteoweib", the tornado did not cause significant damage, but frightened the driver and broke tree branches.

Tornado appeared in the sky near the agro-town of Liudenevichi (Zhitkovsky district of Homel voblast) on June 27. It was formed due to strong wind shear and high humidity, Meteoweib.

"It was exactly a tornado, not a dust whirlwind - don't be confused. The diameter of the funnel was at most a few dozen meters, �tornado> caused minor damage to several trees and scared one driver," TV channel Meteoweib.

Reminder, an orange danger level has been declared in Belarus for the morning and afternoon of Saturday, June 28. Thunderstorms and roughly "flat" temperature around 20-25 degrees Celsius are expected. In many areas there will be strong northwest wind with gusts of 15-20 m/s. In the daytime hours in Minsk, gusts will reach 15-18 m/s.

Changes of cool for summer and rainy weather are expected by early July.
