Ursula Von Der Leyen To Remain At The Head Of The European Commission

The European Parliament rejected the vote of no confidence.
Ursula von der Leyen will remain at the head of the European Commission. Only 175 deputies voted for the vote of no confidence in the European Parliament against - 360.
According to the European Parliament website.
The number of votes in favor was well below the two-thirds needed for the success of the motion to dismiss von der Leyen and the entire European Commission.
The motion was voted down by the right-wing groups Patriots for Europe and Europe of Sovereign Nations, as well as other European conservatives and reformists and several delegations of the left.
Fon der Leyen, who was not present in parliament at the time of the vote, is now in Rome for a conference on Ukraine's reconstruction.
