Is the dictator preparing for war?

Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree, which provides for additional measures to provide the armed forces, other troops and military formations of the country with vehicles, including UAVs, during mobilization and wartime. This is reported by BelTA agency with reference to the press service of the dictator.

BelTA writes that the document corrects the Regulation on military transport duty, approved in 2001.

The military transport duty now applies to vehicles of state bodies and other organizations, as well as to citizens, who received them under the contract of financial lease (leasing). The procedure for setting mobilization tasks for companies - transport suppliers and their accounting during mobilization deployment has also been clarified.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense of Belarus was given the right to determine what spare parts, tools and equipment are necessary to maintain the serviceability of the supplied vehicles.

The procedure for control over the fulfillment of the military transport duty is determined by the "council of ministers" of Belarus.
