Colonel Vasily Skirnevsky had the call sign "Pioneer". He was born on April 5, 1978 in the village of Parabel, Tomsk region, and studied at the Tomsk Higher Military Command School of Communications. Then graduated from the command faculty of the military communications school.
Vasily Skrinevsky was the head of the communications department of the communications department of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, chief engineer of the communications department of the city of Yekaterinburg. Subsequently, he worked as chief of communications of the Volunteer Corps and regiment communications chief.
The colonel was awarded the "Order of Courage".
