Europe is in full support of Warsaw.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen visited the Polish-Belarusian border on Sunday, August 31, on the eve of the Zapad-2025 Russian-Belarusian exercises.

According to the site of the European Commission.

Donald Tusk wrote on social network X that the president of the European Commission saw the situation on the eastern border of the EU with his own eyes. He also added that Belarusian soldiers listened attentively to their press conference.

"I am here today also to express Europe's full solidarity with Poland as a frontline state. For many years you and the Polish people have faced targeted and cynical hybrid attacks. I want to emphasize that Europe supports you in every possible way," von der Leyen said.

She also noted that member states that share a border with Russia and Belarus will receive additional funding from the EU.
