Military Vehicles With Unusual Identification Marks Were Spotted In Belarus

Ukraine reacted.

On August 2, armored personnel carriers, some of which are equipped with artisanal anti-armor arcs, were spotted in the Belarusian city of Homel. This was reported by Telegram-channel BelVarta.

The public noted that the movement of military equipment in Belarus may be associated with the Day of Paratroopers, but the identification marks on the vehicles raise serious concerns among the monitors.

In particular, we are talking about the red squares placed on the spotted APCs, as well as red armbands on the sleeves of the commanders - "the same as those of the Russian occupation troops in Ukraine."

The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko, however, denied in Telegram concerns about threats.

"The enemy is using the topic of Belarus exclusively for information throw-ins against us. It's not worth reacting to different kinds of videos with equipment from that side. There is no military threat from there now," said Kovalenko.
