A video clip with the habits of Belarusians, which shock tourists, has virussed in TikTok. The short video was published by a user under the nickname @durli_visa.

The author of the video, entitled "How to understand that you are in Belarus," filmed nine habits of Belarusians and other unusual things that surprised him in our country.

The video starts with a traffic light - the user was surprised that everyone stands on the "red" signal, waiting for the "green". Tourists also noticed that Belarusians are already used to tractors on the street and are not surprised by them at all. Tractors in the city are part of municipal machinery.

Another striking habit is the lack of pedestrians in bicycle lanes. Mutually respectful habits include holding doors on the subway. And in public transport, seats for the disabled and the elderly are not occupied by other passengers.

No less striking for foreigners was the habit of Belarusians to go to the theater - the tickets are sold out for a month in advance.

And tourists are also surprised that all Belarusians clean up after themselves and share coupons.

The short video got about 112 thousand views and more than 6000 likes in a few days.
