The expert showed how apartment prices "flew into space" in three years.

A real estate expert from Minsk published a video, in which he compared the prices of apartments in different areas of the capital in 2022 and 2025. The figures, which he says are based on real transactions, show a significant increase in the cost of housing - in some cases it is more than twofold. The video caused a heated discussion in the comments: users are surprised how real estate prices have grown so much.

In his video, the expert clearly compared the cost of apartments in several popular districts and residential complexes of the capital. According to his data, prices have changed as follows:

Minsk Mir housing estate: a studio apartment (30 m²) in 2022 cost 29 thousand. In 2025 - already 62 thousand dollars.

Kamennaya Gorka: an apartment with the area of 55 m² went up in price from 73 thousand dollars to 108 thousand dollars.

Serebryanka: an apartment (33 m²) increased in price from 41 thousand to 61 thousand dollars. The price of an apartment (44 m²) increased from 80 thousand dollars to 117 thousand dollars.

Livada: the price of an apartment increased from 85 thousand dollars (47 m²) to 169 thousand dollars (50 m²).
