The decision was made on the application of the National Tax Administration of Poland.

The Polish Interior Ministry has imposed national sanctions on the Polish subsidiary of Belarusian Cement Company (BCC) - the firm Białoruska Kompania Cementowa - Polska sp. z o.o.. The decision was taken on the application of the National Tax Administration, writes Most.

The statement says that 100% of shares of the Polish company belongs to a Belarusian holding with an office in Minsk. And it, in turn, unites large state-owned enterprises producing cement.

In December 2023, BCC was sanctioned by the United States. And in Poland, the holding's management company was put on the sanctions list on July 22, 2025 - for cooperation with Russia.

As stated in the statement, BCC supplies goods there, "which significantly contribute to the functioning of the economy focused on the military industry."

The tax authority believes that the activities of the Polish company "directly contributes to the development and profit of its Belarusian shareholder." Therefore, there are grounds to classify the firm as an entity supporting Russia's aggression against Ukraine.

"The adoption of restrictive measures against Białoruska Kompania Cementowa Polska sp. z o.o. will lead to a decrease in the economic resources of Belarus, which are used in the aggression against Ukraine," reads a statement by the head of the National Tax Administration.

The decision to impose sanctions provides for the freezing of all assets of the company, a ban on providing it with any resources and a ban on actions aimed at circumventing the restrictions. Also, BCC's Polish subsidiary will not be allowed to participate in tenders in Poland.
